Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Dorsal Basket ("the Service"), an online basketball manager game. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Dorsal Basket is a sports simulation game in which you manage a fictional basketball club: transfers, training, tactics, and automated competitions. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, expanded, or discontinued at any time.
2. User account
To play you need to create an account with a valid email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register; if you are a minor under the laws of your country, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. User conduct
The following is not allowed: using bots or automation to play on your behalf, deliberately exploiting system bugs, harassing other managers in forums or private messages, or creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
4. User-generated content
Forum posts, private chats, and club/manager names you publish are your responsibility. You must not post illegal, defamatory, discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may moderate or remove content that violates these rules without prior notice.
5. Virtual currency (gems)
Gems are a virtual currency with no real monetary value, usable only within the Service. They are non-refundable, non-transferable to third parties, and non-redeemable for money. We may adjust their availability, price, or acquisition mechanics at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The code, design, brand, and content of Dorsal Basket are owned by its creators. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for recreational purposes — not for commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, or redistribution.
7. Account suspension and closure
We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms, due to prolonged inactivity, or for Service security reasons. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided without guarantees of continuous or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including loss of progress or virtual currency.
9. Changes and applicable law
